The Asian Restaurant Bible: Open and Accepting Your Votes

May 23rd 2008

My friend Adrianna Tan recently announced the first phase of an exciting new project: The Miele Guide, the first truly independent guide to the best restaurants across 16 countries in Asia.

The Miele Guide

While the book is slated for release in October, its website is now open and accepting your restaurant nominations. The most popular places will then be reviewed by an impressive panel of food lovers. The guide looks set to be a the authority – and a very accessible one – on the greatest food in this already flavoursome part of the world.

If you live in one of the included countries, vote now to have your say! I can only hope I get my hands on one of these before heading to China in October.
